1. 30‑Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Requests submitted after 30 days will be automatically declined.
2. When We Accept a Return
We accept returns only for the following quality‑related reasons:
- Manufacturing defect
- Damage that occurred during transit
- Functional problem that makes the item unusable
- Wrong item sent (different product than ordered)
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging (including tags, manuals, and accessories).
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size (unless the size label does not match the description on our website)
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accident, or improper care
3. Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on: underwear, swimwear, face masks, earrings, personal care products (e.g., lotions, cosmetics), gift cards, and downloadable digital products.
4. Return Shipping Cost
For approved quality‑related returns, we provide free return shipping. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label. No restocking fee or any other deduction will be applied.

If you are returning from Canada, please use the prepaid label we provide – cross‑border return shipping may take a few extra days.
6. How to Request a Return
- Email info@vondutch.lol within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the quality issue.
- Wait for our approval email, which will contain a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions.
- Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier’s location.
7. Refund Timing
- After we receive your return, we inspect it within 1–2 business days.
- If approved, we refund the full purchase price (including any taxes you paid) to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal).
- The refund is issued in US Dollars (USD). Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account.
8. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Item Received
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer you a free replacement (shipped at no cost) or a full refund, including any return shipping costs – your choice.
