1. Where We Deliver
We ship only to street addresses within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories) and Canada. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to PO boxes at this time.
2. Order Processing
After you complete payment, we process your order within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Weekends and holidays do not count as processing days.
3. Delivery Estimates
Once processed, delivery typically takes:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 5–8 business days
These are estimates from our carriers. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs (for Canada), or other events beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.
4. Shipping Cost
Free shipping applies to every order sent to US or Canadian addresses. There is no minimum purchase amount, and we do not add any handling fees or fuel surcharges.
5. Carriers and Tracking
We select a carrier (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, or Purolator) based on your location and parcel size. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking status to update.
6. Currency and Taxes
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Canadian customers will see USD at checkout; your payment provider will convert to CAD at its own exchange rate – any conversion fees are your responsibility.
- US orders: State sales taxes are calculated at checkout.
- Canadian orders: GST, PST, HST, or QST are calculated and added in USD. No extra customs or import duties apply.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us because you entered a wrong address, we will refund the product price minus any return shipping fees charged by the carrier. You may then place a new order with the correct address.
8. Lost or Significantly Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days from dispatch, email us at info@vondutch.lol. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship the item or issue a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
