Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • PayPal (including PayPal balance and credit/debit cards linked to PayPal)

We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or other payment methods not listed above.

2. Currency

All prices and transactions are in US Dollars (USD). If you are a Canadian customer, your payment provider (bank or PayPal) will convert USD to CAD at its own exchange rate and may charge a conversion fee – those fees are your responsibility and not refundable.

3. Payment Security

All payments are processed through our secure gateway (Shopify Payments / Stripe / PayPal). Your credit card number is never stored on our servers – it is tokenized and encrypted using SSL. We comply with PCI DSS standards.

4. Pre‑Authorization

When you place an order, we may request a pre‑authorization hold from your card issuer to verify that funds are available. This hold is typically released within 3–5 business days if the order is canceled or fails.

5. Billing Address

Your billing address must exactly match the address on file with your credit card issuer or PayPal account. Incorrect or mismatched billing information may delay or cancel your order.

6. Taxes

  • United States: State sales taxes are calculated based on your shipping address and displayed at checkout in USD.
  • Canada: GST, PST, HST, or QST are calculated and converted to USD at checkout. The final USD amount includes all applicable Canadian taxes.

7. Price Accuracy

The price shown on the product page, shopping cart, and checkout is exactly the same. We never add hidden fees, service fees, handling fees, or any other surcharges. If a pricing error occurs (e.g., a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical glitch), we will cancel the order and notify you to reorder at the correct price.

8. Failed Payments

If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or PayPal support directly. Our system does not automatically retry failed payments. You may place a new order after resolving the issue with your payment provider.

9. Refunds

All refunds are issued in US Dollars (USD) to the original payment method used for the purchase. See our Return & Refund Policy for detailed timing: 1–2 business days for our processing, plus 7–10 business days for your bank to reflect the credit.
