Ordering and Shipping
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada. No minimum purchase is required, and there are no hidden fees.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship to the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories) and Canada. We do not ship to any other countries.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: After your order is processed (1–2 business days), delivery typically takes:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 5–8 business days
These are estimates. Delays can occur due to carriers, weather, or other events.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
Q: What currency do you use?
A: All prices and transactions are in US Dollars (USD). Canadian customers will see USD amounts; your payment provider will convert to CAD.
Returns, Refunds, and Quality Issues
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns only for quality issues (defects, transit damage, functional problems, or wrong item). You have 30 calendar days from delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email info@vondutch.lol within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. We will send you a prepaid return label.
Q: Do I pay for return shipping?
A: No. For eligible quality returns, we provide free return shipping and do not charge any restocking fee.
Q: How long until I get my refund?
A: After we receive your return, we inspect it within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds go to your original payment method in USD, and typically appear in your account within 7–10 business days (depends on your bank).
Q: What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
A: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund – your choice.

Q: How do you ensure product quality?
A: Every item is visually inspected before packing. If a quality issue arises, we replace or refund according to our policy.
